About NOCSS
The Northern Caribbean Security Summit (NOCSS) is rooted in the Operation Bahamas, Turks and Caicos (OPBAT) framework, which for decades has underpinned trilateral cooperation between the United States, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands in counter-narcotics and maritime security operations.
Member Nations
NOCSS is possible thanks to the joint efforts of our Operation Bahamas and Turks and Caicos [OPBAT] member nations and their delegations.

The Commonwealth of The Bahamas is an Atlantic nation of more than 700 islands and cays, located just 45 miles southeast of Florida. Since gaining independence in 1973, it has built strong regional and international partnerships. The Bahamas plays a vital role in maritime security, safeguarding key sea lanes and shared borders.

In the Western Hemisphere, the United States collaborates with partner nations to promote stability, disrupt the flow of illegal drugs, firearms, wildlife, and aliens, counter transnational criminal organizations, and strengthen economic growth and regional supply chains. The U.S. Embassy in The Bahamas is committed to advancing U.S. foreign policy and interests, and to protecting U.S. citizens in The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) is a strategically positioned British Overseas Territory in the northern Caribbean, comprising a pristine archipelago of 40 low-lying islands and cays. Located at the crossroads of major maritime and air routes linking North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, TCI occupies a position of both exceptional opportunity and critical security relevance.

NOCSS will host a range of speakers to discuss various security topics such as this thing, that thing, those things and more. There will also be a panel discussion featuring additional speakers on day two of the summit.
